Audubon Society announces
start of glass recycling month
The Coastal Bend Audubon Society Chapter announced that glass recycling month started Nov. 11.
The society has found a buyer for glass in San Antonio and is collecting clear, green, blue and amber glass.
Please remove lids, rinse and bring glass to Ropes Park (on Ocean Drive) each Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.

celebrates 123 years of service
St. Paul UMC, 1202 Sam Rankin, Corpus Christi, celebrated its 123rd anniversary
Nov. 18 during the 11 a.m. worship service.
Theme for the celebration was “For We Walk by Faith Not by Sight or Appearance,”
based on 2 Corinthians 5:7.
The celebration was arranged by the Rev. Troy J. Bell, Mr. and Mrs. LaVernon Edwards, and Mr. and Mrs Emile Bulden, co-chairs.
